Returns & exchanges:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. New items must be returned in undamaged original packaging with tags on. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item, however we aim to do it ASAP.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for choosing safe delivery method and your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot hold responsibility for returned items that are lost in post due to choosing unsafe shipping method.
