Nikkie's wardrobe is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
In fulfilling your order it is necessary to collect some of your personal information. This is limited to:
Name
Address (billing and delivery)
Email address
Phone number
Your order history
We do not store any other information about our customers. No payment card details are stored by Nikie's wardrobe.
Where necessary this information will be shared with our delivery service providers such as payment processing providers and shipping agents in order to fulfill your order. These service providers are reputable multinational companies who would never share your details.
Other than this your details will never be shared with any other third party.
The information we collect may be used to personally keep in touch with you and let you know of new product, special offers, news and promotions. You will be able to opt out of these messages at any time.
Any online payments are completely secure as Nikie's wardrobe does not store or process any credit card details onsite. All payments are processed via the following services:
Credit cards: Card details entered on the Nikkie's wardrobe site are processed externally by Stripe, one of the UK 's largest Payment Service Providers. After the credit card details are entered into the Nikkie's wardrobe checkout we have no access to the card details and cannot make further charges to your card.
PayPal: Paying via PayPal allows customers to pay online without entering their credit card details. We have no access to your personal details if you pay via PayPal.
The Nikkie's wardrobe checkout is fully encrypted and complies with the highest security standards. It is fully PCI DSS compliant.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping & processing time:
We aim to process your orders as soon as possible and normally dispatch
within 2 working days from cleared payment
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank holidays.

UK Standard Delivery:
Depending on weight, items are either shipped using
Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD courier service.
Shipping cost will be calculated at the check out, priced from £3.95 for parcels up to 2kg.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over £50.
Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days .
If you require faster shipping please choose "UK Express delivery" at the checkout.
Please note that once an item is posted we have no control over postage times
and deliveries can be delayed.
If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier/postman/postwoman should leave a note for you to rearrange delivery or collection.
You will receive notification by email when your item has been dispatched.
This email will contain tracking details.
UK Express delivery:
(Only available in the UK )
If you do require faster shipping we offer Express delivery option.
Express shipping time usually is 1-3 working days.
These orders depending on parcel size are fulfilled
by Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DPD courier service.
Shipping cost will be calculated at the check out depending on weight, priced from £5.95.
We offer FREE Express shipping on all orders over £100.
You will receive notification by email when your item has been dispatched.
Items ordered on a Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the following
Monday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday.
Items ordered on a Friday after 2pm (UK time) will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday.
The cut off time for Express shipping is 2 pm (UK time)
Many items will arrive the next day (including Saturdays) but this is not a guaranteed service.
International delivery:
We offer delivery service to all European Union countries.
International orders will be sent via Royal mail tracked & signed service or by using DPD courier service.
International shipping charges are calculated by the weight and the destination.
To calculate the shipping cost for your items, add them to your shopping bag and click to calculate your shipping price at checkout
International deliveries are dispatched within 1-2 working days and can take 5-7 working days to deliver depending upon the postal service, customs & weather delays.
Returns policy
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your item please contact us on nikkieswardrobe@gmail.com .
Returns & exchanges:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. New items must be returned in undamaged original packaging with tags on.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item, however we aim to do it ASAP.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for choosing safe delivery method and your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot hold responsibility for returned items that are lost in post due to choosing unsafe shipping method.
