Shipping & delivery
Shipping & processing time:
We aim to process your orders as soon as possible and normally dispatch
within 2 working days from cleared payment
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank holidays.

UK Standard Delivery:
Depending on weight, items are either shipped using
Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD courier service.
Shipping cost will be calculated at the check out, priced from £3.95 for parcels up to 2kg.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over £50.
Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days .
If you require faster shipping please choose "UK Express delivery" at the checkout.
Please note that once an item is posted we have no control over postage times
and deliveries can be delayed.
If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier/postman/postwoman should leave a note for you to rearrange delivery or collection.
You will receive notification by email when your item has been dispatched.
This email will contain tracking details.
UK Express delivery:
(Only available in the UK )
If you do require faster shipping we offer Express delivery option.
Express shipping time usually is 1-3 business days.
These orders depending on parcel size are fulfilled
by Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DPD courier service.
Shipping cost will be calculated at the check out depending on weight, priced from £5.95.
We offer FREE Express shipping on all orders over £100.
You will receive notification by email when your item has been dispatched.
Items ordered on a Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the following
Monday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday.
Items ordered on a Friday after 2pm (UK time) will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday.
The cut off time for Express shipping is 2 pm (UK time)
Many items will arrive the next day (including Saturdays) but this is not a guaranteed service.

International delivery:

We offer delivery service to all European Union countries.
International orders will be sent via Royal mail tracked & signed service or by using DPD courier service.
International shipping charges are calculated by the weight and the destination.

International deliveries are dispatched within 1-2 working days and can take 5-7 working days to deliver depending upon the postal service, customs & weather delays.
